1. Production all after 30% spot check for QTY over 20,000pcs , 50% spot check for QTY 5,000 - 20,000 , 100% full inspection for QTY less than 5,000.
2. We offer 5% discount for customers whom start a new coperation with us , for those whom wanna be long term partner buyers .
3. We will do the repair if defect rate over 5% , and do return if defect over 15% , do refund if defect over 25% .
4. After - sale service , clients can contact the customer service for help anytime you got any queries about the item or about our factory .
