1.Are you a factory or a trading company ?
We are a factory.
2.What is the material of your products ?
The material is genuine leather and PU. We can also choose material as customers' requirement.
3.Can you send us samples of your bags? Free or not?
You can custom samples, they will be sent to you by Express DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX.
As per our factory regulation,the sample need to charge some necessary fee according to the real cost.
The samples fee will be refunded when the qty meet our moq in future.
4.How do you guarantee the bag quality?
Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC To inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
Here i can share the detail quality steps in my side with you.
1st step:
After material are ready, here will have a material qc who will check the leather and metal quality;
2nd step:
After cutting material, here worker will check the material are workable for production;
3rd step:
During table jobing and oily painting, will have the professional qc to check the quality;
4th step
Packing dept will clean the goods, and the qc will check the whole bag quality before packing;
5. What is your samples and orders delivery time?
Usually, the sample delivery time is 5-7 days, the orders is 30-45 days. The exact time depends on your quantity of your order.
6.Can I have my own logo on the backpack bag?
Yes, we warmly welcome your own logo,the logo can stamp.laser and engrave,etc.
7.What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
8.Do you offer any other bag or other leather goods?
Our factory mainly offer all kinds of bags.such as handbag,shoulder bag,backpack,etc.We can do with various of materials.
